Stanley Cup 2011: Boston Temperature rises, the heat is on the Vancouver

Sports betting hockey fans were surprise of how ugly the outcome of the Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals 2011, as the Boston Bruins beats the Vancouver Canucks 8-1. (The second time Canucks gave up 8 point in this post season.)

Game three was overall an ugly game. Nathan Norton felt the ugliness of that game, as he took a nasty hit from Aaron Rome who left his feet over five minutes into the first period. Where he earned a five minute interference major and game misconduct for his collision against Horton who appeared to be unconscious after hitting his head on the ice and was taken to the Massachusetts Hospital by the training staff and medics of the Bruins. Sports critics say that it would be a surprise if Aaron Rome would not be suspended for one game and walks away with it. The opening of the frame was a scoreless. But the Bruins got the puck 11 seconds into the second period and scored 4-0.

Later on the match, things got chippy, As Maxim Lapierre gave Mark Recchi and Milan Lucic of biting taunts. Henrick Sedin also had a taste of Tim Thomas. In the third period, the Bruins added 4 more goals. Fueling them going into game 4. The series is now 2-1.

The Canucks defeat on third game didn’t change bookmaker’s online mind in favoring them to win the series. But on Game 4, the temperature in Boston is said to reach nearly 90 degrees. Meaning, the heat is now really on the Vancouver Canucks.
